Meet Laurie Chase of the Sandy Hartmann Group
Thinking about listing a home with the Sandy Hartmann Group? You’ve come to the right place! This month, we’re putting a spotlight on one of our favorite people!
Laurie Chase is a Senior Listing Specialist with the team and has been with us since 2013! In that time, she’s helped over 300 families sell their homes!
Here’s what you should expect when you work with Laurie to sell your home:
First and foremost, Laurie treats ALL of her clients like friends & family.
Upon meeting with Laurie, she’ll prepare a custom listing strategy for you, taking into account your individual needs and situation. No detail is too small.
Going above and beyond for her clients, while offering expert advice on preparing their homes for sale is all part of the package when you work with Laurie!
Working with Laurie means having access to preferred vendors, PLUS assistance when coordinating staging, repairs, landscaping, moving companies and more.
She is a 55+ Community Specialist and an expert when it comes to working with remote clients that live out of the area.
Laurie prides herself on taking special care of her clients that need extra attention and assistance, regardless of what stage of life they’re in.
Need more proof? Ask us for some of the many referrals from her past clients!
A little bit about what Laurie’s been up to during quarantine:
My son, Kyle (he’s a Junior at FAU Boca Raton campus), has been home for 4 weeks, taking his classes online. He’s used to being very active, so quarantine has been tough on him. He’s been running, fishing, wake-boarding, and walking our dog. We’ve played lots of Yahtzee and cards (spite and malice to be more specific!). We’re keeping a tally of wins, he’s beating his mom!
My daughter, Melanie, has been temporarily laid off. She’s doing alright though, spending time with family and soaking up the sun around Sunset Beach and on the boat. She's also actively working on her Etsy business, ‘Local Hive,’ which features a variety of hand paintings, jewelry, etc.
Ollie, my 10-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog, is also noticing a big change with quarantine. His typical week normally includes a visit to the dog park, Niko’s dog bar, the Sunday Market, and out to several favorite venues for lunch/dinner (Foxy’s, Sweet Sage, Willy’s). His social life has currently been put on hold though! Right now he’s enjoying long walks on the Treasure Island Boardwalk and playing ball in the yard, but it’s obvious he can’t wait to socialize again with other dogs!
My savior has been our boat! It’s been a great escape. The kids and our pup LOVE the boat!
When it comes to working with the team, I’m currently focusing on taking care of and checking in with my clients (past, present and future). I’m also walking with my co-worker Meghan (she’s our listing coordinator) to stay active.
